Jason Dittmer visited Fremont Island Lower 2 months ago in a Scout with 31 tires

Wet and a little soft. Touched tires and was wet but firm. Tailwheel would have left a mark I have a feeling

Jason Dittmer visited Locomotive Springs 2 months ago in a ACA Scout with 31 tires

Both runways showed signs of moisture. There were puddles on the Western end of 11/29 and there seemed to be a few puddles along the length of the runway. Same goes for 18/36. The northern end of 18 was quite wet with puddles visible on the first 1/3 of the runway. Right in the touchdown area of 18.

There is quite a bit of hay and cattle feed and Poo on the strip. Good news was that it appeared dry. I think the southern exposure allows this strip to dry a little faster than some others.

Erick Thompson visited Temple Mountain 3 months ago in a C182 with 8 mains, 6 nose tires

Landed north touching down after the first 1/3. First third looks pretty rough. Remaining landing strip was soft and dry. The 182 did just fine. Used the tow bar to turn around on the north end. due to only having 8's on the mains and the shoulders were very soft. No cacti observed on the landing strip on the north two thirds.

I spent a good 30 minutes trying to land this, but I would consider it unusable without work. There are some gotcha bushes and trees that can easily punch holes in your fabric.

Smaller erosion down the strip not very noticeable to big tires.
