southern 1/2 is firm. some soft sandy spots on the northern 1/2. Some weeds starting.

Recently graded, airstrip in great shape. Could use a new windsock, I didn't have one with me.
Landing was firm and grassy. Better runway conditions on the southern end, there are larger ruts on the northern end.
Excellent condition, windsock is faded and needs to be replaced.
