Paul Barry visited Wee Hope Mine / Radium King 7 months ago in a Maule M-5 with 26" tires

The strip is in good shape. It seems like every time I go there the winds are swirling around the canyons but it's a great place to visit.

Marc Lassaux visited Fry Canyon 7 months ago in a ICP Savannah S with 21 tires

Landed and camped at Fry Canyon. Runway is somewhat bumpy due to vegetation and a few ruts. Could use a grading. The NW area of the runway is better than the SE area. Great place to visit.

Marc Lassaux visited Piute Canyon 7 months ago in a ICP Savannah S with 21 tires

Overflew Piute in a flight with others who did land it. I did not land this time around but will be back. Overflight visual on runway looked a bit rough but better more towards the center. This would be a good one to work on.

Jeff Franklin visited Sage Brush Bench 7 months ago in a Glasair Sportsman with 8.5 tires

The parking area approach is cluttered with debris from the rain storms last week. So much so that I didn’t attempt to taxi there. The recent work on the runway is evident but again the storm washed across the runway with large areas of runoff. The runway is very “rolly” I was launched into the air a couple times on rollout. The runway is much better on the north end. The new runway length seems to be a bit longer than 2000 ft.

Marc Lassaux visited Simplot / Funky 7 months ago in a ICP Savannah S with 21 tires

Camped at Simplot with several other planes. Parking area at the departure end of 02 is a bit tight when there are several planes but the runway is plenty long. Runway has looks to have been recently graded so in great shape, but the berms previously reported appear to be even higher. What a great place to camp.
